Privacy Policy

Elbadry Big Sale uses account and website activity information to operate the furniture catalogue, customer orders, customer-service conversations, complaints, delivery follow-up, advertising measurement and account security.

Information we process

Name, email, phone, WhatsApp contact number, delivery address, order details, website-chat messages, complaints and the sign-in identifier returned by Google when Google Login is used. The website also records product views, Add to Cart, catalogue downloads, campaign parameters and a privacy-protected hash of the network address.

How information is used

To create accounts, manage sales and inventory, process orders, arrange delivery, respond to complaints, measure advertising performance and prevent unauthorized access. Customer profiles are matched using a normalized phone number.

Google Ads, Meta Ads and external contact links

When enabled by Elbadry, selected website events and campaign click identifiers are sent to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising performance. Purchase events include the order value and transaction identifier. WhatsApp and phone buttons open the customer's chosen external application without using the WhatsApp API.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. It is shared only with authorized Elbadry staff and service providers required for website hosting, Google Login, Google advertising and analytics, Meta advertising measurement or optional notifications. Records are retained for operational, accounting, customer-service and legal needs.

Customer choices

Customers can update account details, disable browser notifications, manage advertising cookies, or request access, correction or deletion by contacting Elbadry Sales.
